If you only RECENTLY got the job, you cannot expect your bonus to be particularly large. Most likely it will be nominal, perhaps half of your monthly salary or 5% of your annual salary. This should increase yearly assuming that your restaurant continues to be profitable. After 5 years you can reasonably expect a bonus equivalent to a couple of months salary, or roughly 20% of your annual salary.Knowledge, planning, and experience. Just because it looks easy on a television realty show doesn't mean everyone can make it happen.
