some very simple panel style curtains pretty easily.you can use a fabric adhesive or even a fusible interfacing. Cut each panel about 5-6 inches longer than the curtain needs to be, lay it out on a flat surface and iron a half inch seam all the way around. If you have a sewing machine, sew it all the way around, this makes your outside edges finished. Otherwise, you can take a strip of fusible interfacing and iron it in between the fabric, or you could even use fabric adhesive.
