A golf tournament, a car relay (one destination to the other stopping at certain pit stops for information, photos, etc.) Or how about a paint ball war where you use paint guns and choose teams, there are companies that offer these to corporations for the purposes of team building. (Check out the website below.) Bowling, family picnic or barbeque.... a company baseball or softball team and challenge other companies to a game.
