stag weekends go beyond the normal activities and concentrate on some real fun. People usually stay away from the common 'fun' activities like gambling, drinking, gaming and go for something much bigger. Though stag weekends do not have a traditional connotation, people do conform to a few time tested activities like playing pranks on the future groom. Stag weekends are generally treated as a rite of passage from a life of independence to a life of being responsible for someone else.
