It takes 17 days to get into a habit of doing something when it comes to their body. set your alarm for 7 or 8 every weekend morning for about 3 to 4 weeks and force yourself to get outta bed right when you turn your alarm off. also, if you take any type of medication to make you sleep more sound at night, this will most likely prevent from waking up at your desired time.thanks
