The doctor was Irish and her fiance' was a man of Indian (from India) ancestry. I located a chocolate mold for the Clauddagh medallion chocolate mold and cast it in White Chocolate with shards of tangerine candy bits into the White chocolate for color and a unique flavor and gold foiled the medallion. I located a chocolate mold of an Elephant that wasn't circus-like, but was one that looked like it was from India and wrapped it in clear cello-bag.
