Again you must contact your carrier and have them add international calling plan or feature. It usually involves monthly fees plus international calling rate. But I do not advise you to do this. Even with international calling plan, they are still expensive. Good tip is to go out and buy yourself international calling cards that you see in grocery stores and etc. You can shop for different cards since they have different charges.
