I did a day tour from Prague to Cesky Krumulov which was lovely really and a nice escape. I booked through one of the little booths situated just north of the Charles Bridge which have a number of options. There are lots of little places to see eg Prague Castle (I got the ticket to see everything but you can choose what you can see...Golden lane is sooo cute!), Charles Bridge, the town square.I bought a week metro ticket which was not that expensive from memory (as I said I was a wee way out of the town center and needed to get to and from my accommodation).
